The brand was already established, with a logo and color palette, but unfortunately, was not visible in the market.

In the last few years, its no secret that the housing market is not as booming as it once was. The economy was having a serious impact on the business and the need to get their name out there was becoming a serious pain point.
The Strategy
Simple, Effective Marketing Materials
My strategy was to create some email funnels for warm leads and some for cold outreach as well. In addition to those, I created a brochure to distribute to builders, purchasing managers, and at events. I was focused on creating easy to use, timeless materials that clearly communicated Clean it Up's values and quality of work.
